Amaravati: Its a good news for the unemployed youth who has enroled in AP Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme, that the government is going to provide a special training programme. Speaking to media in Amaravati, Minister Kollu Ravindra said that under Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham scheme there are more than 4 lakh unemployed youth enroled in the monthly pension scheme.
With the intention of creating employment opportunities for the unemployed under Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme, AP government will take up a special training programme. From the 10th of December 'Skill Development' training programme will be given in 555 centers across the state. For this scheme AP government is going to spend Rs 24 crore, Minister said.
In order to enroll under this special training programme scheme, the unemployed youth has to register in Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham portal. The training will be given to the choice selected by the unemployed.
The Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) is conducting training programmes for the beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham (MYN) scheme to enhance their employability quotient.

1) In this connection, a specialized 40-hour (in 2 weeks) training programme – “Employability Skills Enhancement Module” (ESEM) - has been designed focusing on essential soft skills/ life skills with an aim to equip the unemployed youth with the employable skills.
2) The beneficiaries can select the training centre (college) of their choice through the MYN portal, developed by RTGS.
3) Keeping in view the huge number of beneficiaries to be covered, it is planned to leverage the existing classroom infrastructure in identified Colleges – Degree, Junior & Engineering Colleges – and Youth Training Centres (YTCs) to conduct training programmes for the targeted beneficiaries.
4) The service providers of APSSDC will deploy suitable trainers to impart the trainings to the beneficiaries at these colleges.
5) The size of the batch is 60 candidates and it is planned to impart trainings for two batches daily - from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm for the first batch and from 1.30 pm to 6.00 pm for the second batch.
6) The trainings days are from Monday to Friday in a week. In case of any holiday(s) in between, the Saturday/ Sunday will be utilized to complete the course in time as per specific local situation.

The Govt Of Andhra Pradesh Has Come Up With An Innovative Scheme Of Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Which Will Benefit Around 12 Lakh Unemployed Youth Based On The Eligibility Criteria In Andhra Pradesh. Youths Will Get This Monthly Allowance To Pursue Skill Development Courses And Reduce The Burden On The Family Of Unemployed Youths.
Andhra Pradesh Government is all set to implement a new populist scheme titled “Mukyamantri Yuvanestham” to distribute unemployment allowance of Rs 1000 per month to youth in the age group of 22- 35 years with prescribed eligibilities. The estimated annual cost of the scheme is pegged at Rs 8,000 crore. While giving the nod to the scheme at its meeting, the AP Cabinet said 12 lakh youth identified by the Smart Pulse Survey as unemployed can avail benefit under this scheme. Online registration process for this scheme began. After the registration process is completed, the money will be deposited on a monthly basis in the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
The scheme will be implemented on a priority basis equivalent to the old age pension scheme. While pensions are given to one person in a family, under this unemployment scheme, there is no restriction on the number of people who can avail it. However, those already covered under provident fund will not be eligible for the scheme. While implementing the scheme, the state government will also impart training to the unemployed youth and help them undergo skill training schemes so that they get off the unemployed list at the earliest.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Applicants must be unemployed and should be native of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Minimum Educational qualification should be graduation.
3. Movable/Immovable properties,having 4 Wheelers are ineligible. Having wet land of 2.5 acres and dry land of 5.00 acres maximum are eligible.
4. Caste and Community preference will be given as per norms.
5. Should belong to below poverty line family. All the eligible beneficiaries from one family shall be considered
6. Should be in the age group of 22-35 Years.
7. Those who have availed financial assistance/loan under state government sponsered self-employment scheme are not eligible.
8. Those who are pursuing formal education are not eligible.
9. Those who are working in Public/Private Sector/quasi-government or self-employed are not eligible for the assistance.
10. Applicant should not be employee dismissed from government service.
11. The applicant should not have been convicted of any criminal offence.
12. Documents required to register for "Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham / Unemployment Allowance scheme 2018" are Aadhaar, Ration card, SSC, Graduation certificates.
